The Port Authority of Alicante has confirmed that legal proceedings tied to Specific Amendment No. 5 of its Special Plan have ended after the party behind the appeal withdrew the case. The proceedings concerned the planned superyacht marina at docks 10, 12 and 14, where Puerta del Mar y Ocio holds the concession for the project.
