An international consortium, Team Perry’s, has been selected as the successful bidder in the City of Yokosuka’s tender for the development and management of the new Uraga Marina, located south of Tokyo.
Led by the Japanese firm Index Consulting, the consortium includes Spanish company Ocean Capital Partners (OCP), alongside Daiwa Lease, SMFL, Keikyu Railway and Etortech Consulting, bringing together expertise across development, financing, infrastructure and operations.
