The French Nautical and Pleasure Boating Roadmap was presented at last week’s Grand Pavois La Rochelle boat show by Eric Banel, general manager of DGAMPA, the administrative authority overseeing maritime affairs in France; Michaël Quernez, president of the French Federation of Marinas; and Jean-Paul Chapeleau, president of the Federation of Nautical Industries (FIN) in the presence of La Rochelle Mayor Thibaut Guiraud.
